A main theme that stood out for me this morning was around customer personalisation on his/her device. Irrespective of the customer’s bank or financial institution, the customer wants the same look and feel and experience when transacting and/or making a payment.
The other item I noticed that our credentials and personal information will be obtained from within us (i.e., a microchip or some form of biometric).
Ralph Silva certainly got me thinking outside the traditional boundaries of where information is stored and gathered.
